Eye Camp for Poor school Children
Vision for the Future: Eye Camp for School Children
RGT, a non-profit organization dedicated to assisting the poorest women and children for the past 15 years, is addressing a critical issue affecting rural children: poor vision due to malnutrition. This problem not only impacts their health but also their ability to attend school and succeed academically.
The Vision for the Future Eye Camp project aims to provide comprehensive eye care to school-going children suffering from vision problems. The initiative will include free eye examinations, corrective measures such as glasses, and educational support. This project is supported by Help-We Help - Germany.
Impact on the Community:
The Eye Camp will significantly improve the vision of rural children, enhancing their ability to learn and participate in school activities. By addressing vision issues, the project will help reduce school absenteeism and contribute to better educational outcomes.
Support and Collaboration:
The project will significantly uplift the lives of 30 widows by providing them with economic opportunities and social support. This initiative will help integrate them into society, improving their living conditions and enabling them to achieve financial independence. The program will also raise awareness about the plight of marginalized communities and encourage broader support and empathy.
